The device is now up for pre-bookings and will be going up for sale on Amazon India from December 18 and has been priced at Rs 44,990. The smartphone comes with 128GB of storage as compared to 64GB on the LG V30.
"The V30+ was created to help consumers best capture the experiences that make up our life stories", said Yong Geun Choi, president of LG Electronics Gulf. It also supports wireless charging.
LG had unveiled the V30 and V30+ at IFA 2017 in Berlin earlier this year. It is mounted with 16MP Standard Angle ( with F1.6 aperture and 71 degree of field of view ) primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) and Hybrid Auto Focus that combines both Laser Detection Auto Focus and Phase Detection Auto Focus. On the front, the LG V30+ sports a somewhat mundane 5-megapixel wide-angle (90-degree lens) camera for selfies and video calling.
As a reminder the device comes with a 6 inch P-OLED display that has a QHD+ resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels. The phone is pretty sturdy and is dust, water and shock resistant. On the front there is a 5MP shooter with f/2.2 aperture. The device comes with a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel. It packs in a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC. OnePlus 5T is also powered by a 3300mAh battery. The smartphone has support for Master Quality Authenticated (MQA) technology for high-resolution audio streaming. The smartphone will be sold exclusively via Amazon India. Out of the box, the handset runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat with LG UX 6.0+ on the top. It includes a 3,300mAh battery that carries support for wireless charging. The V30+, in addition, comes with as many as 15 different color grading presets to add a cinematic look to videos, and a specialized mode called Point Zoom that allows zooming into any selected area within the frame while recording. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, and Wi-Fi among others.
