Amy Schumer secretly weds beau Chris Fischer

Amy Schumer married chef Chris Fischer in a secret ceremony on Tuesday after just a few months of dating, People and Us Weekly reported.

Mere days after Amy Schumer made her relationship with chef Chris Fischer Instagram official, the couple may have made their relationship official in the eyes of the government as well. The wedding took place in Malibu on Tuesday, a source has confirmed to PEOPLE (via EW).

We've seen Amy Schumer strut her stuff at weddings before as a bridesmaid, but now the comedian and actress has scored herself a starring role.

According to, the bride and groom were joined by around 80 guests, including celebrity pals Jennifer Lawrence, Jennifer Aniston, Larry David, and David Spade. A strict no-photo policy was reportedly enforced.

The Trainwreck star has been dating Fischer since at least November, when they were first pictured together.

The comedian confirmed the news in an Instagram post, including a series of photos from the big day and the simple caption, "Yup". He won the 2016 James Beard Award for American Cooking for his New England recipe-filled "The Beetlebung Farm Cookbook".

The 37-year-old rose to fame as Mario Batali's sous chef at the swanky NY eatery Babbo. Fischer's sister is Schumer's assistant, so that's likely how they met. He also writes about food and farming for the Vineyard Gazette and teaches at Boston University's Metropolitan College.

Amy previously dated Ben Hanisch, but they split in May.

"Two things", she began.
