All at Spurs deserve silverware: Pochettino

To challenge next season Spurs will probably have to spend big, but Pochettino still believes his way can be successful.

Mauricio Pochettino will make sure he celebrates Tottenham qualifying for the Champions League again, but admits the supporters "deserve a trophy".

Leicester countered and Vardy latched onto a long ball from Mahrez, and the England striker showed some excellent centre forward play before he rifled the ball into the top of the net for his 20th Premier League goal of the season.

"I think now we need to focus on finishing in the best way". Tottenham were a bit anxious and we had enough chances to score.

"We'll try to do the same as a year ago". We need to create dreams that will be possible to achieve. Of course, the ambition of the club would be to win. That's the first thing, being close and challenge the big clubs who invest more than us.

Tottenham invested heavily to lure Davinson Sanchez and Serge Aurier in August previous year, while Lucas Moura arrived from French champions Paris Saint-Germain in January. We were playing fantastic, we were very confident about winning.

"We can not invest insane money".

"Only you know in football that everything can happen".

"Today [Wednesday] we were doing nearly everything well against a good team".

"I think Daniel is going to listen to me, of course". You know me, I have insane ideas. But you need to be fearless in this kind of situation, in our club with our unbelievable fans, and take risks. Being fearless is the most important thing and take risks.

Pochettino's men found themselves 3-1 down early on the second half but a miraculous second half display saw them finish off the Premier League campaign in style. It's not only the big clubs.

"In football, you never know", he replied.

Tottenham had dominated the possession in the first half, but Leicester were more productive with the ball in the final third. It is not my decision to be here or not, it depends on my boss.

"You need to give your best and always you have to work with these fears you can lose your job if you are not professional and don't work 12 hours a day".
