Omarosa Releases Tape Of Call With Trump

President Donald Trump directly addressed the worst claim made by his former White House aide and "The Apprentice" contestant Omarosa Manigault in a pair of tweets Monday evening.

Newman claimed in her new book that a tape of the president existed that featured him saying the n-word. You know they run a big operation but I didn't know it, I didn't know that. "Not only is this flat-out false (I've never heard such a thing), but Omarosa didn't even make an effort to call or email me to verify". Manigault Newman alleges in her book that Trump's campaign offered her a $15,000 per month payment in exchange for signing a binding document saying she wouldn't disclose information the President or his agents deemed confidential.

If Omarosa Manigault Newman thought speaking out on Donald Trump was going to gain her a plate at everyone's cookout once again, April Ryan quickly shut down that notion.

Asked whether she believed that at the time, Newman said she just "kind of stepped back" and wanted to see whether Clinton and her people were behind the birther movement. But he noted the violation would likely be enough to deny Manigault Newman a security clearance if she ever wishes to work for the federal government in the future.

The audio tapes released on Monday follow further recordings published on Sunday, which were reportedly recorded in the Situation Room when Ms Manigault Newman was sacked.

Kelly's reasons for sacking Manigault-Newman were later reported to include repeated abuse of the White House's auto service, intended for use by VIPs, as a chauffeur pool for her short daily commute. She worked as his senior aide for about a year.

The Republican president claimed that Ms. Manigault Newman "already has a fully signed Non-Disclosure Agreement!" - a first admission that members of the administration were asked to sign potentially illegal hush deals. In his opinion, the most obvious reason would be that the White House "had its own suspicions that she was the type of person who might try to secretly record [the meeting], and put it in the Situation Room". They may get fired for doing so, as they work at the pleasure of the president, but they can't be penalized for talking about their public service, according to the experts.

"He knew that John Kelly was going to take me into the 'Situation Room, ' and lock me in there, threaten me, and say that things were going to get ugly for me, and there would be damage to my reputation", Newman said of Donald Trump. She never made it, never will. However, in an interview with NPR on Friday, she stated that she did in fact hear the president use the word.

Manigault Newman, who rose to fame via multiple appearances on "The Apprentice", has claimed she heard tapes where Trump repeatedly uses the racial slur during filming of his old NBC reality show. This is his pattern with African Americans. The book called, "Unhinged: An Insider's Account of the Trump White House", will be released Tuesday.

After Guthrie expressed the hope that Manigault Newman would indeed stay on to answer more questions - the author at the top of the interview had indicated clearly that they had plenty of time to cover everything - Manigault Newman apparently had a change of heart.
