The company has remained coy about the release date, specs, pricing and just about everything else. The large 6.5-inch iPhone and the mid-sized 5.8-inch phone will both be called the iPhone XS and both have an OLED screen, according to 9to5 Mac, which reported on the new devices based on leaked images. Apple is also rumoured to finally increase the RAM on the devices with the new processor.
Amongst other industry scuttlebutt, the phones are tipped to have OLED displays and a new A12 chip designed in-house specifically for the iPhone.
With iPhone prices dropping, we have already told you when it was a great time to sell your used iPhone for the most money.
But still, despite Apple's marketing and insistence on pronouncing last year's iPhone X as iPhone 10 - X is the Roman numeral for 10, and it was the 10th-anniversary iPhone - lots of people still called it "the iPhone Ex".
Apple will fix eligible devices free of charge, but there is one catch. But they'll also feature the exact same design as the iPhone X and they'll be quite expensive. And at least one of them could be a colorful option, if a new leak is any indication. The 6.1-inch iPhone model will come in 64GB or 256GB storage configurations. The iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will be starting from Euro 909 (approx Rs 76,000) and Euro 1149 (approx Rs 96,000) respectively.
