New England Patriots vs. Kansas City Chiefs, 1/20/19 Predictions & Odds

Receiver Julian Edelman, who, in particular, has trumped up the fact the Patriots are underdogs Sunday, is coming off a game in which he shredded the Chargers for 151 yards in nine catches. If, however, Belichick is successful in limiting the Chiefs' best weapon, this game could be one that the Patriots find themselves victorious in. The 41-year-old has shown a few cracks in the armor this year but with a clean pocket and time to throw, he's still money.

- The Patriots and Chiefs have each released their inactive players for the game. The Pats won their previous matchup with KC, though New England has been a different team away from Foxboro. He'll be tasked with shutting down Rob Gronkowski, who went for 97 yards when these teams met in Week 6.

Teams: Kansas City Chiefs vs. The run game had been working with great success to that point, but Josh McDaniels made a decision to dial up a playaction pass to try to catch the Chiefs defense off guard.

The Patriots opened the game by marching 80 yards on a drive that ended with a one-yard Sony Michel touchdown run. Quarterback Tom Brady passed for 340 yards and a touchdown that night, while running back Sony Michel pounded out 106 yards on the ground. With the cold weather expected in Kansas City and with the loud noise of Arrowhead Stadium, Brady and the Patriots are going to have to be just as balanced on offense. The under is also 8-2 in the Patriots' last 10 games overall and has cashed in four of their last five road games.
