Spurs 'happy' with Kane's recovery, says Pochettino

Kane is likely to be out until March after damaging left ankle ligaments against Manchester United at Wembley on January 13, but has gone to the United States to recover.

But Kane, who has previously returned from injuries quicker than forecast, raised hopes he could be back in action soon after posting a video of himself on social media doing significant exercises on the joint.

"I can not tell you if [Kane] is ahead of the schedule or not", Pochettino said.

Real Betis have been linked with an interest in the forward and there are also suggestions that Burnley and Cardiff City are considering taking him away from Tottenham on deadline day. I am just trying to stay as positive as possible. It's going well so far, but we have just got to take our time with it and make sure we get it right.

South Korean striker Son Heung-min of Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League scored for the second consecutive game on Saturday. We will see, because at the end we had experience with him, the most important thing is that he's strong, the physical condition is so important and to keep fit and try to arrive at the moment he feels he is going to be strong and going to feel again the possibility to compete. I never put a time on any of my injuries.

Spurs are now competing in the Premier League and Champions League following recent eliminations from the FA Cup and Carabao Cup. The key players of the game are Rondon, Matt Ritchie.

Tottenham has struggled without Kane, bounced from both domestic cup competitions and earning three narrow one-goal wins in league play. "But the dream is the dream, my dream is to win the Premier League or Champions League, to win the FA Cup or the Carabao Cup".
