Biden accuser Lucy Flores slams his lack of apology

"By the way, he gave me permission to touch him", Biden said to laughs from the crowd.

Asked whether he could win this Democratic primary given that he's been tagged as a moderate by many activists in the party, Biden dismissed that label.
Trump, despite saying he was unworried about a Biden challenge, posted what appeared to be a goading tweet just as the former vice president stopped talking, suggesting he might have been watching. "And the boundaries of protecting personal space have been reset", he said in the video. "They will be voting for me!"
"I think he's only a threat to himself", Trump said at the White House before departing on a trip to California. "I wanted nothing more than to get Biden away from me".
"I think what the voters want is someone who's authentic, someone who does the right thing, fighting for the right things, someone that wants to serve and put others first", the New York Democrat told MSNBC's "Morning Joe."
But I always believe, governing, quite frankly, life for that matter is about connecting, connecting with people.
"Joe Biden's response that he never meant to make anyone uncomfortable and that he'll listen and learn from anyone who says otherwise is exactly the leadership we need to build a culture where women are heard and are equal".
Flores wasn't impressed. She tweeted: "To make light of something as serious as consent degrades the conversation women everywhere are courageously trying to have". Lucy Flores, a former Nevada assemblywoman, penned an essay last week detailing a 2014 encounter during which the former vice president made her feel "uneasy, gross and confused" when he came up from behind her and kissed the back of her head.
Biden's Friday speech to an electrical workers union conference in Washington, D.C., comes as he nears a decision on whether to run for president in 2020. "He's going through a situation".
